And You’re Still Sending Your Kids There?

We live in a world enthralled to experts. Only a plumber can run pipes, only the government can run a charity, and only a pastor can understand theology. Along the same lines, we have truly come to believe that we are incompetent to teach our own children what they need to know —and idea backed up the public school establishment.

By inference, if you can’t teach your children calculus because you don’t have the specialized training necessary, you can’t teach your children ethics, or worldview, either, nor make certain they eat right. This is just the implication the public schools, and the government at large, would like you to unquestioningly accept.

When will we realize this is nonsense? Our obsession with experts is overdone and harmful, especially in the area of teaching our children.
